Next, we’ll get to work putting together resort proposals for you—we’ll share 3-5 resort options and corresponding wedding packages for you to choose from. Pick your favorite, and then leave the rest to us. We’ll coordinate directly with your resort to lock in your dates, room contract, and more. Psst—not feeling the first resort options we share? Don’t worry; we’ll keep digging until we find your perfect fit!

Next, we’ll create your custom wedding website to get all your guests booked with ease. In addition to managing your group’s rooms, we’ll also coordinate transfers for a totally stress-free start to your wedding weekend. Leading up to departure, we’ll keep in touch with you and your guests to share important travel documents and answer any last-minute questions.

Get ready for the destination wedding of your dreams. As you and your guests travel to your destination, we’ll be monitoring things like flights behind the scenes to ensure your journey is a smooth one. Once you’re back home, we’ll follow up to ensure the resort exceeded your expectations—and touch base on any “comps” you have coming your way.

We do ask for a Planning Fee before we begin designing your destination wedding. This fee covers all of our exclusive services to you; we’ll share the exact fee with you during our complimentary consultation call together!
What does it cost to work with Sunkissed Vacations?
For a couple of reasons—number one, helping you choose the right resort is a big part of our process. Even if you already have a good idea of where you want to tie the knot, we’ll also help you parse out all your package options and then set your room contract with the resort. We do this all day everyday, so we understand exactly what every part of your contract entails and will walk you through it all.
The other really BIG plus is our guest management. Wedding teams at the resorts are swamped, so they’re just not able to give your guests the attention they need and deserve. By contrast, we’ll respond to your guests promptly, keep them informed leading up to their departure, and even assist if they need help while they travel.
