That’s why I’m constantly scouting out top resorts in Mexico, the Caribbean, and beyond and meeting with resort managers at invite-only industry conferences. My first-hand experience and direct relationships within the industry mean I can pepper in travel magic that my clients didn’t even know was possible. It all happens seamlessly because we’ll be working hard behind the scenes for you.
Knowing the industry inside and out
The key to unlocking VIP status for my clients?
My travel story begins at the smoky blackjack tables of Las Vegas. I began planning travel professionally for casinos; my job was to roll out the red carpet for high rollers, the “big whales” who were guaranteed to spend big money gambling. Limo transfers, fine dining reservations, the chicest suites—I did everything I could to serve up the VIP treatment.
While I left the casino industry to open my own travel agency two decades ago, I didn’t forget how important it was to make my VIP clients feel extra special. Now, though, my “VIPs” were in-love couples—they were just starting their lives together on their weddings or honeymoons, or celebrating a lifetime of love on special anniversary trips.
I fell in love with romance travel, and have been working with couples ever since! I feel so honored that they trust their special trip to my team and I—and so I’m always seeking out ways to elevate their travel experiences. It could be something as simple as having a private chauffeur greet them with a lei at the airport in Maui, or something as over-the-top unforgettable as a private candle-lit dinner on the white-sand beach in the Riviera Maya.
